横尾昌二郎のエレクトリックバンド CHILLTET （チルテット）の、ベースとドラムが若手の二人に入れ替わった別バージョンだ。この４人はその迫力から「爆チル」と呼ばれ親しまれている。チルでクールなエイトビートが素材だが、その土台の上にジャズのエッセンスである自由で熱気あふれるインプロヴィゼーションが展開する！

This is a different version of Shojiro Yokoo’s electric band CHILLTET, with two young new members taking over the bass and drums. Known for their powerful sound, this quartet is affectionately called “Baku-Chill” (explosive Chill). While the foundation is built on a chill and cool eight-beat groove, it’s on top of this that the essence of jazz—freedom and intense improvisation—unfolds!
